At Corporate Leaders Magazine LLC, we provide both digital services and physical products. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our process for delivering each type of service or product.
Digital Services (Content and Design)
Service Scope: We provide online content writing, graphic design, and related digital services as per the project scope agreed with the client.
Delivery Timeline:
Initial drafts are typically delivered within 5 business days after receiving all necessary inputs.
Final delivery may vary depending on the number of revisions requested.
Delivery Method: All digital files and deliverables are sent via email, shared cloud folders (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), or project management platforms.
Revisions & Approvals: Clients are entitled to 5 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Physical Deliverables (Printed Magazine Delivery)
Shipping Locations: We currently ship our printed magazines to worldwide.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 15 business days after the final layout/design approval.
Shipping Method & Timeline:
Estimated delivery time: 40-45 business days, depending on location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges is included with my project.
Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
Damaged/Lost Shipments: In case of damage or non-delivery, please contact us at info@corporateleadersmagazine.com within 10 days. Replacements will be issued after verification.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including shipping address and project inputs.
Non-Delivery Due to Client Error: We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Communication: All correspondence regarding orders and deliveries will be done via email or your designated communication channel.
